What you will be doing:

• Oversee and manage academic programs within the School of Health Sciences.
• Develop innovative curricula that align with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Foster partnerships with healthcare providers for clinical placements and internships.
• Monitor student performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance retention and success.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation bodies and regulatory agencies.

What you need to succeed:

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least five (5) years of combined experience in education, administration, and industry. Candidates should have a background in leadership roles within academic settings or industry sectors related to their field, including experience in workforce development, training, or corporate leadership. All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution.
• Proven expertise in ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
• Skilled in overseeing team management, financial planning, and operational efficiency within an organization.
• Established network and experience building strategic alliances with key industry partners.
• Strong ability to lead, communicate effectively, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
