Entry-Level Life Insurance Advisor – Financial Literacy & Client-Focused Role

Location:

Remote | Hybrid Optional | U.S. Based

About the Opportunity:

At Globe Life (Moore Organizations), we’re looking for driven, service-minded students and recent graduates to launch a purposeful career helping families protect their financial futures. This is a structured entry-level opportunity where you'll be trained to educate working-class families—especially those affiliated with labor unions and credit unions—on essential life insurance and financial literacy concepts.

Our approach is rooted in service, not pushy sales. We equip you with everything you need to succeed, including mentorship, licensing assistance, warm leads, and weekly training.

What You’ll Do:

Educate union and credit union members on the value of life insurance and basic financial literacy

Conduct virtual client meetings using warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)

Provide tailored coverage recommendations that meet each family's needs

Build and manage your own client portfolio with guidance from experienced mentors

Track performance and progress using our internal systems and support tools

Represent the values of Service Over Sales, putting clients’ well-being first

Participate in incentive programs, team competitions, and leadership summits

What We Provide:

Comprehensive onboarding and paid support for state licensing (Life, Health & Accident)

Performance-based pay with weekly bonus opportunities

Average first-year earnings: $68,000–$140,000

Fully remote flexibility — work from home or while traveling

Health insurance reimbursement and group life insurance

Ongoing professional development and weekly team training

Incentive travel for top performers (Cabo, Tulum, Vegas, and more)

A supportive, mission-driven team culture focused on personal growth

Who You Are:

At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Able to pass a background check

Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom and digital tools

Motivated to learn, grow, and help others

Strong communicator with an interest in finance, education, or social impact

Experience in leadership, customer service, or peer mentoring is a plus

Why This Matters:

We proudly serve labor union and credit union members who rely on us to provide honest, accessible, and affordable protection. Through every conversation, you'll be helping people better understand financial planning and ensure they’re prepared for life’s unexpected challenges.

About Us:

Moore Organizations is a division of Globe Life, a Fortune 500 company providing supplemental benefits to working families across the U.S. We're more than an insurance agency — we're a people-first team committed to financial education and lifelong career development.
