We’re excited to launch a brand-new Champions site in Florida, offering full-day, before-school, and after-school programming for school-age children. 

Available Schedules:

• Before & After School hours (for school-age program)
• Monday through Friday – No nights or weekends required

Now Hiring For:

• School-Age Teachers
• Assistant Teachers & Support Staff

What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for children to grow and thrive
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and support developmental milestones
• Build strong relationships with families, school personnel, and your team
• Maintain compliance with licensing standards and safety protocols
• Foster a positive and inclusive culture focused on learning, connection, and fun

Qualifications Vary by Role, but May Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Early childhood coursework or a related degree 
• A passion for children and a commitment to providing high-quality care
