Indoor Environmental Health Sales Associate
Job Title: Indoor Environmental Health Sales Associate
Location: Remote (company HQ in New York City)
Hours: 5 – 15 hours per week
Compensation: Hourly pay + commission
About the Role:
Join a small, fast-moving startup that helps businesses create healthier indoor environments. You’ll handle inbound sales calls and follow-up communications with prospects—health clinics, dental offices, property managers, real-estate developers, and other B2B clients. All leads come from our outreach partner or existing network; your focus is converting interest into sales.
You’ll run each call, keep the energy high, and guide next steps while our product expert (co-founder) provides technical depth. Expect to use our CRM to log notes, schedule follow-ups, and keep deals organized. Because we’re a lean team, independence, creativity, and initiative are valued—there’s no rigid playbook, and thoughtful suggestions are welcome.
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident, engaging communicator who can absorb product talking points quickly
- Genuine interest in health, well-being, and the built environment
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet, webcam, and a quiet space for calls
- Tech-savvy enough to juggle video-call platforms and a cloud CRM
- Prior customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, fundraising, etc.) is helpful but not required
About Frequency:

science, design, and real estate. We partner with real estate owners, healthcare
providers, and developers to create indoor environments that support human well-being
(think clean air, circadian lighting, and biophilic design). Our clients include medical
offices, multifamily buildings, wellness centers, and more. Our mission is to make every
indoor space a space where people feel good and can thrive. You’ll be joining a small
but passionate team building something meaningful, backed by research, driven by
impact, and growing quickly.
