Technical and Operational Support Technician

The Technical & Operational Support Division has an open Departmental Technician position within the Quality Assurance and Training section. The Departmental Technician will support the section by working with leaders and staff to ensure continuous improvement for taxpayers through evaluations and identifying trends through overall review of phone interactions and written correspondence.

Education 

Education typically acquired through completion of high school.

Experience 

One year of experience performing administrative support activities equivalent to the 7-level in state service.
