Role Overview
This is a non-sales role focused on real client work – no cold calling or prospecting. As part of the advisory team, you’ll support high-impact projects that help ultra-high-net-worth families manage and grow their wealth. This position offers a travel and meal stipend as a form of payment.
Responsibilities & What You’ll Do
- Supporting day-to-day operations such as reporting, performance tracking, data aggregation, and insurance premium payments using Excel and internal platforms
- Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables, including carried interest forecasting models, capital and liquidity planning, and wealth transfer illustrations
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming discussions related to investment and planning strategies
- Conduct research on financial markets, tax issues, estate planning strategies, and private equity trends
Who You Are & Preferred Qualifications
- Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and commute to our Boston office at One Lincoln Street
- Current GPA >3.5 with relevant coursework
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (CFP aspirants are encouraged). Preferably a junior, senior, or graduate student
- Driven by a passion for wealth management and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Ultra High Net Worth families.
- Interest in AI - experience with various models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
- Confident in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new industry-standard software tools.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and eager to own tasks independently.
- Curious, collaborative, motivated to learn, and committed to growing professionally.
