Our Internship Program is designed to provide students with unique experiences in their field of interest while providing valuable insight into other key areas of the business. 

 Marzetti is looking for an Intern to join the Enterprise Technology Solutions Team in the summer of 2026!  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Participate in project and enhancement initiatives to support business and system improvements 

Document detailed business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders 

Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues impacting processes or systems 

Coordinate and complete assigned tasks within project timelines 

Attend and contribute to project and stakeholder meetings 

Prepare and maintain functional and technical object specification documentation 

Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing 

Manage and process change requests in accordance with established protocols 

Create and maintain process flow diagrams and process maps to support analysis and communication 

Develop and update RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) charts to clarify roles and responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS 

Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in: Supply Chain Management 

Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience 

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills 

Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutions 

Demonstrates curiosity and initiative 

Displays a professional, positive attitude with team members 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
