EndsideOut (EO) is a health and wellness nonprofit organization based in Baltimore City, MD. We are seeking an intern to assist in our global partnerships in Africa, which includes development and implementation of a health education program for high school students and adults aged 18-35.
Job Type: Internship (unpaid)
Location: Remote
Hours per week: 5-10 hrs
Overview:
We are seeking a graduate-level intern to support our Global Partnerships Pilot Program. The intern will assist in curriculum development, communicate directly with our international partner, and analyze student learning outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing international initiative that addresses health education at the grassroots level.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt and co-create health education curriculum tailored for students in Africa, in collaboration with local educators
- Maintain regular, professional communication with the global partner team via email, video calls, and shared documents
- Collect and analyze data on student engagement and learning outcomes
- Assist in designing tools for qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Prepare summary reports with insights and recommendations for what aspects of the pilot program are successful and what can be improved
Qualifications
- Current Master’s student in Public Health, Global Health, Education, or a related field.
- Strong interest in health equity and global partnerships.
- Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, or data analysis preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Comfort working across cultures and time zones.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
