Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Small Business Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you’ll work directly with small business owners, helping them design growth strategies, manage their communities, and unlock opportunities through networking. You’ll use AI-driven tools to make meaningful introductions and help clients create real impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop consulting skills, gain hands-on experience with entrepreneurship, and work at the intersection of community, business, and technology.

What You’ll Do

Advise small business clients on community-building and growth strategies

Facilitate networking events (virtual and in-person) that help clients connect and thrive

Use AI-driven recommendations to introduce clients to valuable opportunities and people

Support clients with customer service and relationship management

Build meaningful relationships that drive long-term business success

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Interest in small business, consulting, or entrepreneurship

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Experience in customer service or event facilitation is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred (current students in their final year are welcome to apply!)
