A jack of all trades, Conference Staff conquer a variety of tasks, including running activities, lifeguarding, helping the kitchen team wash dishes, and keeping the coffee and snack shop humming. You'll also be a pro at bringing folks together, cheering on team-building, and making sure camper digs and conference buildings sparkle every day. And, when it's time to pack up and head home, you'll be the one leading the charge in leaving camp spick and span. So, if you're ready to dive into ministry and take on new challenges, we'd love to have you on board!

By creating an unforgettable experience for each family they serve, taking care of all the nitty-gritty details to make sure everyone's having a blast. From leading rock climbing and zipline adventures to hosting Bible studies and group activities, Guides are all about creating a space for growth and connection. But, wait, there's more! They also work tirelessly behind the scenes, cleaning rooms, setting up and tearing down events, and getting everything ready for the next group of happy campers. These guides aren't just making memories, they're making lifelong connections and friendships, all while witnessing the transformative power of the Lord.

You'll be the go-to for keeping shelves stocked and ensuring every shift runs like clockwork. When stores shut their doors, you'll be hustling to prep for the next wave of visitors eager to come your way.
