MBA Admissions Operations & AI Intern

Harvard Business School – Fall 2025 (10–15 hrs/week)

Interested in admissions, technology, and AI? Join the HBS MBA Admissions Operations team this fall! You’ll gain hands-on experience with admissions technology (Slate CRM, Ocelot chatbot) while also contributing to an exciting project to develop a custom GPT-based admissions assistant.

What You’ll Do

• Support and improve our Ocelot admissions chatbot.
• Help design and test a custom GPT model to enhance applicant support.
• Work with the Slate CRM on projects like reapplicant analysis and outreach.
• Assist with major Admissions events (interviews, Open House, Admitted Student Welcome).

What We’re Looking For

• Technical skills and interest in educational technology.
• Familiarity with Slate CRM or Ocelot a plus (training provided).
• Curiosity about AI, large language models (LLMs), or chatbot development.
• Interest in higher education and admissions.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information.
