What You’ll Do

As a Policy/Data Analyst in our Motor Vehicle Division, you’ll:

Document and maintain internal policies and procedures

Review and update division processes and recommend improvements

Collaborate with programmers to test and implement system updates

Assist in data analysis and help maintain data systems

Create internal/external newsletters and keep website content and forms up to date

Support training programs for stakeholders including county treasurers, dealerships, and internal staff

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or data systems (or relevant experience)

Knowledge of data analysis, survey methods, and policy development

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to interpret laws, policies, and complex information

Experience in technical writing, training, or public speaking a plus
