Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and operational support functions. This role will serve as the primary HR contact for employees, oversee organizational processes, and collaborate with leadership to drive business efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations.
- Manage HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and documentation.
- Oversee organizational development initiatives and internal training activities.
- Maintain and update internal databases and personnel records.
- Conduct process analysis and generate regular HR and operations reports.
- Support accounting, vendor management, and other operational processes.
- Act as a point of contact (POC) for clients and vendors, managing project needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist roles, or a similar function (experience in IT staffing/consulting preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
