Teacher Residency Program

Project Inspire is a teacher residency program that prepares and supports aspiring educators to teach in Hamilton County Schools. Residents earn a master’s degree while training alongside an experienced mentor teacher in a high-need classroom. The program combines hands-on experience, coaching, and a strong support network to develop excellent, equity-minded teachers committed to student success.
