MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Arizona Elementary Certificate with Physical Education Approved Area OR Physical Education K-12 Endorsement
OR
Arizona Secondary Certificate with Physical Education Approved Area OR Physical Education K-12 Endorsement
OR
Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 in Physical Education Approved Area
OR
Arizona Special Education Certificate with Physical Education K-12 Endorsement
Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated success in engaging African American and Latino students
Bilingual (Spanish) endorsement
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
COMMENTS
Effective: 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
Salary: $47,400 to $54,900 Per Year
Location: Gridley Middle School - Broadway & Harrison Area
FTE: 1.0 – 7.5 hours per day
Work Calendar: 9.5 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Probationary Contracts will be issued for any contingent Certifications, Positions that are 0.6 FTE or less, and certified employees within their first three years with the District.
