About Us
Connor’s Kindness Project (CKP) is a nonprofit organization based in Woburn, MA, dedicated to spreading kindness to children in need across New England. We build and deliver Kindness Kits — curated boxes of toys, resources, and activities — to brighten the days of children facing hardship. Since launching in 2021, we’ve partnered with over 85 hospitals and shelters.

About the Internship
We’re looking for a creative, driven intern to help capture and share the heart of our mission through video, photography, and social media storytelling. This is a great opportunity to build your portfolio while gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit media production, marketing, and community outreach.

What You’ll Do

Capture and edit photo and video content from CKP events, deliveries, and community programs

Create short-form videos and reels for social media platforms.

Assist with social media strategy — posting, tracking engagement, and brainstorming new ideas

Document behind-the-scenes moments that showcase CKP’s impact

Organize and manage media assets for ongoing campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Passion for storytelling, kindness, and community impact

Familiarity with editing tools (Canva, CapCut, iMovie, Premiere, etc.)

Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and initiative

Able to work independently and collaboratively

Availability for 15–20 hours/week (in-person or hybrid)
