UNC Hospitals Rehabilitation Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist with expertise in lymphedema care to join our multidisciplinary team at the Center for Rehabilitation Care in Chapel Hill, NC.

Salary: $33.04 - $47.50 per hour (Hiring Range). Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

This full-time, onsite position focuses exclusively on providing high-quality care to adult patients with lymphedema, supporting functional recovery and improving quality of life through evidence-based, patient-centered interventions.

Our clinic model prioritizes 60-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions, allowing for individualized care, deeper clinical reasoning, and strong therapeutic relationships. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of experienced therapists and contribute to a supportive and professional environment rooted in excellence, equity and compassion.

Education Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.


Licensure/Certification Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina
  • BLS


Professional Experience Requirements:

  • No prior experience required.
