Our Summer Internship Program is a paid, immersive 10-week experience designed to help you explore career paths while bringing your passions and fresh perspectives to work. Opportunities for internships are available in many departments across the company, including Marketing, Finance, Technology, Studio Operations, Ad Sales, Production, Research, Distribution, and Creative Development. Summer interns will not only gain work experience but are also offered professional development, business intelligence, mentorship, and valuable networking opportunities during their time as interns.
Additional intern roles will be added on a rolling basis through December.
Intern duties at Paramount vary by job function and department. All interns should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, and other office applications
- Ideal candidates will be organized, self-motivated, and possess the ability to work independently
- Multitasker
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter and detail-oriented who thinks “outside of the box”
- Prior internship experience is preferred
- Passion to work in entertainment
Eligibility:
- Internships are available to students who will be Seniors or Master’s students in the fall of 2026. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
- You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
- Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
- Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional). Compensation details can be found on the specific job description page.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
- Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.
