PeopleX Partner Intern (Summer 2026)

The PeopleX (People Experience) team’s mission is to build a high performance culture and enhance employee experience by driving impactful programs, hiring top talent, and enabling community across Robinhood.

As a PeopleX Partner Intern, you’ll work on meaningful projects that support our People team’s strategy—bringing insights, operations, and collaboration together to create a thriving workplace!

This role is based in our Menlo Park or New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

Support key PeopleX initiatives including business support and program delivery

Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to surface trends and opportunities

Partner with COEs in PX and the business to solve challenging people-related problems

Contribute to a strong and inclusive employee experience by helping deliver meaningful internal programs

What you bring

You’re currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field. Preference for related work experience in HR (prior internship(s), co-op roles, etc).

You’re curious and excited about a fast-paced work environment centered on learning and contributing to the business.

You’re organized and detail-oriented with a knack for project coordination.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills and thrive in team collaboration.

Familiarity with tools like Workday and the Google Suite are a plus.
