After-School Coding Instructor

About Us:
Code Ninjas Sudbury is part of a dynamic, fast-growing educational franchise that teaches kids ages 5 - 12 to code by building video games. We have a strong, dedicated team committed to making learning fun and engaging.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a After-School Coding Instructor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about technology and early childhood education, punctual, hard-working, dependable, good with kids, and possesses strong leadership qualities. This position is available starting now and all year round. This is a permanent, part time position, not a summer job.

Responsibilities:

Deliver the lesson of the day, following a minute by minute
Assess students areas for improvement, and note each student's strengths and needs
Track progress of each student during the lesson
Report to the Program Coordinator to discuss problems, strategies and solutions

Qualifications:
Willing to work with kids 5 - 12
Must be organized and an excellent communicator
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Basic experience teaching stem preferred, but not required
Must be fun and energetic!
