Associate Solutions Engineer (Low-Code / Enterprise Applications)

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with customer-facing team members to understand business requirements and shape enterprise/low-code solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and build on enterprise platforms – including low-code systems such as IBM TRIRIGA and IBM Maximo.
  • Develop integrations, workflows, and data models while ensuring scalable, upgrade-safe solutions.
  • Write code where needed to extend or connect systems.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and teammates to achieve optimal design and implementation outcomes.
  • Create technical documentation, support materials, and user guides.
  • Post-implementation, provide ongoing support, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for efficient daily business use.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of technical experience in application development, enterprise platforms, or software engineering.
  • Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new enterprise platforms and low-code tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and consultative mindset; comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other developers is a plus.

 

Nice to have experience with:

  • Java, JavaScript, SQL, BIRT reporting, and/or integration technologies (SOAP, REST, APIs).
  • IBM TRIRIGA or related IWMS/ERP systems.
  • IBM Maximo or related IWMS/ERP systems.
  • Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure).
  • DB2, Oracle, or other enterprise databases.
  • Business Intelligence or analytics tools.
