Marketing Associate

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Associate with a strong background in planning and executing successful marketing events. This role will involve working closely with our global marketing team to organize and execute a range of events aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and driving business growth.

 

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop event concepts aligned with marketing objectives

· Plan and oversee logistics, timelines, budgets, and resources for each event, ensuring all elements are meticulously organized

· Identify, engage, and manage vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary services and resources

· Negotiate contracts, monitor deliverables, and maintain good relationships to ensure successful event execution

· Contribute to event promotion strategies utilizing various channels such as social media, email marketing, and advertisements

· Track event success using relevant metrics like attendance, engagement, and lead generation

· Provide insights to improve future events and measure return on investment

· Conduct post-event assessments to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and lessons learned

· Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate outcomes to stakeholders

· Provide support to the marketing team and handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

· Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred to facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders

· Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating, and executing successful marketing events

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results within a defined timeframe

· Attentive to details to ensure flawless event execution and exceptional attendee experiences

· Familiarity with cultural nuances and customs, particularly in relation to the intercultural communication situations between the US and Chinese teams

· Competency in using event management tools, marketing software, and Microsoft Office Suite
