Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

  • Open and close accounts, coordinate cashiering and securities movement, and account maintenance with custodians. 
  • Update client service systems such as CRM, Performance systems, and other investment-related systems. 
  • Timely preparation of all account related documentation, alternative investment paperwork, required approvals, and the collection of legal and tax documents.
  • Communicate regularly with team members on the status of operational tasks.
  • Run scheduled and ad hoc reports maintaining data hygiene.
  • Stay current on changes to operational processes and procedures, including internal, custodial and vendors.
  • Provide timely communication of updates, changes, and notifications.
  • Maintain client electronic files in accordance with compliance regulatory requirements.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and Compliance Manual.
  • Assists in training of other team members when requested.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics preferred 
  • 1-2 years of client service experience in the financial service industry
