Location: Hybrid, Boston, MA
Type: Part-time

About REEV

Responsibilities 

Fundraising & Investor Support

  • Investor sourcing and qualification through AI workflows
  • Maintain and update investor CRM (tracking outreach, follow-ups, status)
  • Support fundraising logistics
  • Help prepare and iterate on fundraising collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers)

Hospital Partnerships & Business Development Support

  • Support hospital and clinic partnerships, including tracking signed agreements and CRM status
  • Help prepare partnership-specific materials and presentations
  • HubSpot dashboards creation and automation

Marketing & Collateral Design

  • Design and update commercial and fundraising collateral using Canva, Figma, Google Slides, Adobe (Illustrator / PDF tools)
  • Help maintain consistency across decks, one-pagers, and outreach materials
  • Support light marketing initiatives (e.g., website updates, visuals for outreach)

Operations & Inventory Support

  • Support inventory tracking and coordination
  • Assist with internal process documentation
  • Help keep CRM and internal tools clean and up to date
  • Provide general business operations support as needed
  • Building automations for all tedious processes

Experience & Background

  • Some prior experience in one or more of the following:
    • Startup internship or early-stage company
    • Corporate role with exposure to operations, strategy, or partnerships
    • Healthcare, hospitals, medtech, or robotics
    • Executive assistant or founder support role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Skills

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Clear written communication
  • Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to juggle multiple small workstreams
  • Proficiency with:
    • Google Workspace
    • CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
    • Canva / Figma / Adobe tools

Mindset

  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Proactive and ownership-driven
  • Curious about healthcare, medtech, and startups
  • Comfortable supporting leadership directly

Contract: ~10-15 hours per week, flexible schedule, async-friendly, opportunity to grow responsibilities over time as the company scales. Remuneration according to profile. Location: 20 University Rd 5th floor, Cambridge, 02138 MA. Applicants must have work authorization in the United States to be eligible.
