Senior Sales Associate

The Senior Sales Associate advances the Retail Team excellence by demonstrating effective customer service, training new employees, implementing selling techniques and improving team efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Train and equip team members in all areas of retail processes. Identify learning styles and match training to serve all team members well.
  • Partner with Supervisor and Leads to support a culture of oneness and trust through encouragement, mentoring, training, and creative problem solving.
  • Collaborate with Retail leads to model and train the Guest Service Commitments, while efficiently meeting sales goals.
  • Actively demonstrate a strong understanding of Point of Sales system and Retail procedures, including opening and closing cash procedures.
  • Perform in any area of Retail as assigned, including, but not limited to concessions, merchandise, almond stations, and theater carts.
  • Support Merchandise and Inventory Lead with maintaining displays, stocking, and procedural development.
  • Hold responsibilities of routinely communicating pertinent information to the Retail team and Retail leadership team.
  • Partner with the leads to effectively arrange and equip staff for navigating high-volume crowds during load-in and intermission.
  • Equipped to function in Retail Lead’s absence and competently perform within all areas of the Retail Team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date ServSafe Manager Certification to provide the highest quality standards within Retail food environments.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability
  • Effective time management skills
  • Anticipate the needs of guests/team members and take initiative to address them
  • Guest focused with excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and flexible attitude with strong ability to lead conflict resolution
  • Emotional resilience in high stress situations
  • Competent in cash handling

Qualifications:

Education: high school or better

Experience: 1 year sales experience
