Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2015, and today our team consists of four dedicated members who bring energy, care, and commitment to everything we do. We offer PTO, commissions, bonuses, and a 401k, creating a workplace that rewards both hard work and shared success.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jon Rader - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
