9TH GRADE ATHLETICS DIRECTOR

NorthShore Classical Academy, a private, 501(c)3 Hillsdale Curriculum, non-sectarian high school located in Saukville, WI (Website: NorthShore Classical Academy} is opening its doors beginning September, 2026, and will be serving 9th grade students from Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Washington Counties.

As a Classical Curriculum provider, we are looking for candidates interested in serving as our Athletics Director. This part time position (full time for those able to instruct Physical Education) at the 9th grade level will include responsibilities for: Athletic event management, team coach recruitment, training and guidance, parent relations, volunteer coordination, special events management , and coaching opportunities available.

NCA's Athletics Director receives salary, plus medical, vision and dental insurance, tuition assistance for children/dependents, numerous training / development opportunities, and time off. Desired candidates will have earned a minimum of a bachelor's degree (by 9/2026), plus both teaching experience and knowledge of Teacher-led Instruction..
