Active Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) credential in the state of Virginia

Eligibility to provide services under state and payer regulations

Experience with clinical documentation and treatment planning

Ability to work with diverse populations and presenting concerns

Experience in community-based, outpatient, or crisis settings

Familiarity with Medicaid and insurance documentation standards

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), you will provide clinically appropriate mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and support client stabilization, growth, and recovery in alignment with regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct mental health assessments and screenings
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
● Provide therapy and clinical interventions within scope of license
● Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
● Collaborate with care teams, providers, and community partners
● Participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement activities
