The Role: We are looking for a meticulous, detail-obsessed accounting student who wants to see how a firm operates beyond the textbook. You will be the "engine room" of the business, ensuring our client files are pristine.

What You’ll Do:

Bookkeeping Support: Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online.

Tax Prep: Prepare draft tax returns for review (Business & Individual).

Digital Organization: Maintain our digital filing system, ensuring 100% compliance and security.

Process Improvement: Help document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline firm operations.

Who You Are:

You live in Jacksonville, FL (Required for training and periodic work sessions).

You are an Accounting or Finance major (Junior/Senior preferred).

You have a quiet, secure workspace at home and reliable internet.

You love puzzles, numbers, and checking things off a list.
