AT&T Representative

About the Role:
As an AT&T Representative, you will be the face of AT&T's business solutions. You will work with local companies to learn about their communication needs and make sure they get the services they need. This job requires both in-person and online interactions, which gives clients a full range of options for how to be engaged.

Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Representative:

  • Establish and preserve connections with nearby companies to learn about their communication requirements.
  • Reach and exceed sales targets, assist in business growth, and work closely with the sales team.
  • Ensure that customers choose the best options for their needs by providing customized AT&T services, such as home, internet, and Wireless solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns and responding to inquiries.
  • Help oversee customer satisfaction, facilitate plan modifications, and manage client accounts.

AT&T Representative Qualifications:

  • While not necessary, prior sales, customer service, or account management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The capacity to listen to client concerns and offer workable answers.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and fundamental computer programs.
  • The ability to meet and surpass sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
