Summer 2026
Internship Program:
AMG is seeking a summer intern for its Product Services team, based out of Stamford, Connecticut. This summer program is a 10-week paid internship from June 1, 2026, through August 7, 2026. This internship allows students to be integrated with AMG employees on various tasks and projects within a professional environment. Interns will gain a better understanding of the financial services industry and build familiarity with all that our company has to offer, including the extraordinary culture, core values and unique services. This program is a great way to encounter real life experiences with a reputable company.
Objective:
The Product Services intern will assume challenging project assignments to support the growth of the business while establishing important relationships with experienced professionals. The intern will gain exposure to internal and external senior leaders and learn about the investment management business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external groups to validate the accuracy of the fund’s daily Net Asset Value (NAV)
- Review fund valuation and control checks to ensure accuracy and identify exceptions
- Assist in asset and cash reconciliations
- Work with shareholder operations to publish large trade notifications
- Process interfund lending facility transactions
- Monitor incoming securities litigation receivables
- Contribute to maintaining various internal and external fund reports
- Support preparation and analysis of various financial metrics and data
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
Skills and Attributes:
- Solid quantitative, analytical, and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing abilities
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to prioritize, plan and take initiative
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must currently be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; or in Economics, Data Science, or Engineering with a minor or concentration in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Strong academic record, with minimum 3.3 overall GPA
- Rising sophomores and juniors are encouraged to apply
- Available for the entirety of the 10-week program
- Demonstrate interest in the investment management industry
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
