Nonprofit Operations Intern

This internship provides hands-on experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. The intern will assist with day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, project management, and cross-departmental coordination, gaining insight into how a nonprofit organization runs at a leadership level.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing organizational projects from initiation to completion

Coordinate and track progress on operational initiatives, deadlines, and priorities

Help organize meetings, agendas, and follow-ups across teams

Support process improvement initiatives, including documentation and workflow tracking

Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership review

Collaborate with other team members on special projects, events, and programs

Act as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Detail-oriented with ability to track multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

Initiative and ability to problem-solve independently

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools

Familiarity with project management or workflow platforms (Notion, Asana, Airtable) is a plus
