We’re looking for capable, driven young people who want to work hard and help build a real startup from the ground up.
This unique role focuses on finding customers, closing early sales or pilots, forming partnerships, building the business and helping write grants. You’ll work closely with the founder and technical team and have real responsibility from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Find and pursue new customers and pilot opportunities
- Help close early sales and partnerships
- Identify and assist with grant applications (SBIR, state, foundation, etc.)
- Talk to real customers, not just sit in meetings
- Do whatever it takes to move the company forward

Qualifications
- Tangible and empirical excellence in your craft (engineering, building things, music etc.)
- Prior business experience or experience raising money is a big plus.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and learning fast
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads or tasks
- Interest in startups, tech, or impact-driven work
