Work with a rapidly growing accounting firm working with small business and individual clients. We service many industries and offer opportunities to learn the real inner working of accountancy. We are also open to hiring after school and helping achieve a CPA for ambitious candidates and sponsorship for H1-B Visa. Chinese speaker is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing business and individual tax returns
  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Report analysis and findings to management team
  • Do monthly payrolls and sales tax reporting
  • File quarterly reports
