We are continuously looking to push the envelope and set new market standards for our clients which is why we are looking for a full-time AT&T Account Representative to join our Fresno-based team.
About the Role:
As an AT&T Account Representative, you'll represent AT&T's latest products, services, and wireless solutions to both new and existing customers. This front-line role involves being the primary contact for clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also support team members by coaching and helping them reach sales targets. We're looking for a forward-thinking, customer-driven individual eager to grow within a company that values teamwork, innovation, and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on AT&T's range of services to optimize their accounts and meet their needs.
- Manage multiple client accounts, processing sales, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Expand our client base by researching new market areas and employing effective sales strategies.
- Deliver hands-on customer service by troubleshooting issues, processing upgrades, and providing real-time solutions to boost revenue.
- Implement fresh sales and marketing strategies to enhance our programs and showcase the value of our services.
- Learn from senior sales professionals, building skills to take on greater responsibilities in the future.
Qualifications
- 1 year of professional experience in sales, account management or business development is preferred but not required.
- Passion for sales, client management, and business development.
- Leadership skills with experience in guiding others.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong business relationships.
