As an Entry Level Management member, you will build and maintain relationships with customers to enroll them in services while providing the best customer service experience throughout the sales process. Our Entry Level Managers will work to enhance customers' enrollment experience as they get set up with new services.
Working with our team, we want all of our Entry Level Managers to feel very equipped in the role of working to manage sales, customers, accounts and the team. The Entry Level Manager role will have training so that they can understand the ins and outs of management and what it means to lead others. Entry Level Management Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to see if they are eligible for services that they can potentially enroll in
- Present services to customers that meet their needs while providing excellent customer service
- Be emphatic with customers and adhere to company guidelines and standards
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and interactions with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team and others to implement improved sales strategies and customer service tactics
- Learn how to manage a team of individuals and increase profitability for the company as an Entry Level Manager
- Stay current on all products and enrollment services to effectively assist customers
Qualifications of the Entry Level Management Role:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, management, assistant manager or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with modern technology and tech tools
- Empathetic towards customers with the ability to listen to their concerns and requests
