Insurance Agent

As an Agent, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building lasting client relationships, and supporting the Hispanic community through accessible, reliable, and culturally relevant service. This role is commission-based with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales, such as managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records.
- Promote and sell insurance products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to effectively close sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
- Participate in external sales activities, including networking events and community outreach.
- Serve as a bridge of communication and trust with the Hispanic community by providing service in their language and understanding their cultural needs.
Skills
- Proven sales experience, especially in the insurance sector or related areas.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trustworthy client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and achieve favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or bilingualism is highly valued to better serve the Hispanic community.
- Familiarity with administrative sales processes and tools.
- Proactive approach to marketing strategies that attract new clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
