Collection Analyst

As a key player on the finance team, the Collection Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, review, and collection of customer accounts.

Responsibilities 

  • Works towards resolution of customer problems and/or delinquencies for collection issues regarding payment, price, tax, freight, and returns.
  • Works with 3 to 4 sales teams consisting primarily of 45 to 60 Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, along with working with up to 4 Sales Managers and corresponding Site Directors towards the resolution of a customer problem and/or delinquencies.
  • Conducts a detailed review of first-time shipping addresses and reviews specific products to assist in Fraud Prevention.

 

Qualifications

  • Works towards resolution of customer problems and/or delinquencies for collection issues regarding payment, price, tax, freight, and returns.
