Program Facilitator

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Program Facilitators to join our growing team. Facilitators are the heart of our programs, creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment for students in grades K–12. If you’re passionate about empowering youth and want to work in a facility designed to help them thrive, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and engage youth in after-school and out-of-school time programming.
  • Lead and support activities in STEAM, literacy, cooking, dance, music, sports, arts, and leadership development.
  • Provide academic support, including homework help and tutoring.
  • Serve as a positive mentor and role model, encouraging teamwork, respect, and perseverance.
  • Assist with daily program operations (attendance, snack distribution, transitions, clean-up).
  • Support special initiatives such as summer camps, family engagement events, and community projects.
  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and school partners to ensure consistent youth support.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in education, youth development, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children or youth in educational, recreational, or community settings.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and group management skills.
  • Flexibility and energy to lead hands-on, engaging activities across multiple program areas.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
