Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from $22/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM, including one hour lunch break)
Work Location: Mokena IL (In person)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to handle multifamily projects. This role requires the knowledge on kitchen design and/or installation and the leadership and organizational skills of a project manager. As a multifamily project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, including scope, KPIs, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project timelines and milestones, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, including customers, suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and designers.
• propose solutions to overcome challenges encountered during project execution.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members, suppliers, stakeholders, and clients.
• Present project updates, status reports, and key deliverables to relevant parties in a concise and understandable manner.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Oversee the execution of project tasks and activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, or equivalent experience required
• 3 years in interior design or multifamily projects, working with warehouses or related industries.
• Good organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Minimum of 1-year previous project management experience, preferably in multifamily
• Collaborative and proactive attitude towards safety and productivity improvements
• Strong written & verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office products
• Ability to travel a minimum of 30%
