As a leader in providing Medicare Advantage plans, we provide highly screened, high-converting in-bound calls from seniors looking to get enrolled in zero-cost Medicare Advantage plans. We provide full training and advanced technology. As a Medicare agent, you will be on track for $105,000+ in earnings for the first 12 months and two to three times that much after three to four years. You receive full commissions from day one and all residuals. With a book of 500 clients, you'll earn $173,500 in residual income and with 1,000 clients it will be $347,000 in residuals going all to you year after year.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Work from home, set your own schedule. Handle pre-screened in-bound calls efficiently and accurately
• Analyze coverage to best meet the needs of seniors on Medicare
• Enroll the clients in zero-cost Medicare Advantage plans, using our technology platform developed by a former Capital One exec who developed their AI technology

Required Skills:

• Eager to gain knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans. We'll train you
• Gain proficiency in Medicare and health insurance. Earn your state health insurance license in 1-2 weeks.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to help seniors understand the benefits of the plans. Enjoy helping older adults, who will thank you at the end of the call.

Unmatched compensation:

• Enroll 25-30 seniors a month in Medicare Advantage plans and earn over $105,000 in income in the first 12 months
• Top agents enroll 400 or more seniors and earn over $170,000 in commissions. Our best agent had over 1200 enrollments last year, which shows the high quality of our in-bound calls
• Flexible schedules and work from home options. This is an independent agent, 1099 role with full commissions and full renewal income all going to you. It does not include a base salary, but you'll get all of the commissions and 100% of the renewal income that can be life changing.
