Set Design Intern

Position Overview

The Set Design & Creative Production Intern will support the creative team in designing and executing sets for photoshoots, video productions, dance visuals, and live content. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics who wants hands-on experience in production design and visual storytelling.

You’ll work closely with our directors, choreographers, photographers, and videographers to help bring creative concepts to life—from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in concepting, designing, and building sets for:
  • Photoshoots
  • Dance visuals
  • Promotional and creative video content
  • Support seasonal and themed set ideas (e.g., Valentine’s, Spring, Summer, Holiday, editorial concepts)
  • Help source and organize props, backdrops, materials, and styling elements
  • Assist with on-site setup and breakdown during shoots
  • Collaborate with the creative team to translate concepts into physical spaces
  • Contribute ideas for studio-based shoot sets that can be reused for content days
  • Support creative planning meetings and brainstorming sessions as needed
