Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients and driving new revenue opportunities for Loyal Tech & Security. This is a high-impact, commission-only role designed for a motivated sales professional who thrives on performance-based earnings and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, door to door sale to Business clients and LinkedIn to SMB decision-makers (Owners, CEOs, Office Managers, IT Managers).
Identify and target businesses within key verticals including healthcare, finance, legal, professional services, construction, and general SMB.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Sales Qualification & Engagement
Qualify prospects based on business size, IT pain points, security needs, and readiness for managed services.
Clearly communicate Loyal Tech & Security’s value proposition, including MSP, cybersecurity, and compliance offerings.
Schedule and/or lead discovery calls and sales meetings through the full sales cycle.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Accurately log activities, leads, and deal progress within the company CRM.
Maintain visibility into deal stages, forecasted revenue, and closing timelines.
Collaboration & Market Feedback
Work closely with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and service positioning.
Provide feedback on objections, market demand, and competitive insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting (MSP or IT services experience strongly preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline.
Familiarity with CRM tools like hubspot and structured sales processes.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and consultative selling
Independent contractors seeking high upside and flexibility
Compensation Structure (Commission-Only)
10% commission on gross contract value for all closed deals
Commission applies to new contracts closed, including recurring MSP agreements
No cap on earnings — performance directly determines income

Uncapped earnings
Residual commission paid monthly for the life of the contract (while the client remains active)
Commission Payout Terms:
Commissions are calculated on collected revenue
Paid monthly, following client payment
