Dave’s Pest Control is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to help grow our year-round outside sales program. This is a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals looking to build real sales skills, earn strong income, and grow into leadership.

This role includes paid training, a base salary, and commission.

We are hiring with growth in mind, and high performers will have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles as the program expands.

Pay & Benefits

Salary + Commission

Estimated Annual Earnings: $45,000 – $150,000

Paid training (no sales experience required)

$200/month gas stipend

Preventative care program provided at hire

401(k) with 3% company contribution (after 1 year)

What You’ll Do

Work assigned neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach

Educate homeowners and generate new pest control accounts

Build communication and sales skills through hands-on experience

Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Valid Driver’s License
