What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery to clarify client goals and priorities
- Develop and present comprehensive plans that align strategy with values
- Guide investment implementation, portfolio reviews, and risk management
- Translate complex concepts into plain language and actionable steps
- Collaborate across the team to deliver a consistently extraordinary client experience
- Document recommendations and adhere to all compliance requirements
Your First Two Years (Training Program)
- Year 1: Foundations—planning process, tools, documentation standards, meeting observation, client service workflow
- Year 2: Increasing ownership—plan design, co‑presentations, implementation oversight, relationship management
- Licensing: We sponsor the required licenses and support your exam success
- Mentorship: Dedicated coaching from seasoned advisors with regular feedback
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Analytical rigor, strong follow‑through, and excellent communication
- Comfort with planning software and spreadsheets; eagerness to learn new tools
- Professional presence, ethical judgment, and authentic empathy
