The Trust & Estates Department of Morrison Cohen LLP is seeking a detail-oriented, flexible, and highly organized person interested in the legal field to work directly with the head partner of the Trusts & Estates Department. The position offers hands-on experience in every area of trusts and estates law. The Trusts & Estates paralegal provides legal and administrative support to attorneys and clients across the Trust & Estates department.

Qualifications:

Spring 2026 college graduate interested in learning about the practice of law. No prior legal experience is required or expected, as training will be an important component of the position. General proficiency Applicant should have a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Two-year commitment is expected.
