Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Overview
We are a growing personal injury law firm seeking an experienced and motivated Case Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their caseload, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through demand.
- Evaluate cases for potential value, liability, and damages.
- Coordinate and monitor medical treatment to determine when cases are ready for demand.
- Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate case files and notes.
- Provide consistent case updates to clients and explain treatment protocols and next steps.
- Gather and organize documentation including medical records, police reports, witness statements, and billing records.
- Open and manage insurance claims, including:
- Requesting MedPay
- Handling health insurance liens
- Assist clients with property damage claims.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in personal injury (Case Manager experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of personal injury procedures and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Spanish fluency required.
