Essential Functions
- 1+ year of B2B sales, SDR, or business development experience (SaaS preferred).
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with cold outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter mentality with strong internal motivation.
- Ability to thrive in a startup, performance-based environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Coachable, competitive, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in Google Docs/ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and attention to details
- Ability to be a team player, and ability to work in a collaborative virtual environment
- Desire and interest to learn more about artificial intelligence, data engineering, marketing, data analytics, data science, business development, storytelling and consulting
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following areas; Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Global Business Studies, Organizational Leadership, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Engineering
- Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to manage multiple competing priorities, collaborative can do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn more about database design to solve business problems
- 1-3 yrs experience bachelors required, masters preferred
- Prior internship experience a plus, but not required
Compensation Model:
100% Commission | No Cap | Paid on Revenue You Generate
Core Commission:
- 10% of all closed-won revenue for deals you source.
- Commission calculated on first-year contract value (ACV).
- Applies to new logo customers you generate and close (or that close from your sourced opportunities).
