We are seeking a driven and organized Human Resources Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, operations, and team development within a fast-growing organization.

Position Overview

The HR Intern will support recruitment, onboarding, internal operations, and organizational development. This role is ideal for a student pursuing Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Leadership who wants real-world experience building systems and supporting a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes
  • Help develop employee policies and internal documentation
  • Maintain organized personnel records
  • Assist with internship program coordination
  • Support performance evaluation processes
  • Help plan and coordinate company events and team meetings
  • Contribute to internal culture and engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in leadership development and team building
  • Ability to commit full-time for 6 months
