We are seeking a driven and organized Human Resources Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, operations, and team development within a fast-growing organization.
Position Overview
The HR Intern will support recruitment, onboarding, internal operations, and organizational development. This role is ideal for a student pursuing Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Leadership who wants real-world experience building systems and supporting a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
- Support onboarding and orientation processes
- Help develop employee policies and internal documentation
- Maintain organized personnel records
- Assist with internship program coordination
- Support performance evaluation processes
- Help plan and coordinate company events and team meetings
- Contribute to internal culture and engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Interest in leadership development and team building
- Ability to commit full-time for 6 months
