About the Program:

Neusoft Technical Management Trainee Project is a two-year rotational program designed to develop future technology leaders. The program offers customized development paths, combining hands-on technical exposure with business and leadership training.

Participants receive comprehensive support through a dedicated mentorship structure and regular performance reviews to ensure continuous growth.

What We Look For:

Education: Master’s or Ph.D. candidates graduating in 2025 or 2026

Technical Skills: Strong background in Computer Science, AI, or related fields; proficiency in Java, Python, or C++; experience with research publications or project implementation is a plus

Soft Skills: Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient

Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; prior experience in student organizations or leadership roles preferred

Mindset: Innovative, challenge-driven, and results-oriented
